pizza...mmm..

Okay, so I have to admit that I am a pizza addict. Probably more than the average person! So last week I saw a recipe in Cooking light magazine for Margherita pizza that looked amazing, so the very next day I was on a mission! and I have to say, it was delicious. Although the crust was a little on the thick side for me (it was my fault, I have never made homemade dough before and was nervous), I was pretty impressed at how easy and fantastic it turned out! I added some prosciutto on top which just sent this pizza to a whole new level. mmm!
